Abu Hurairah (r.a.) narrated that the Prophet (s.a.w.) said:
From among the deeds and good qualities that reach a believer even after his death are the knowledge that he taught and spread forth, a pious child that he left behind, the Mushaf (Qur’an) that he left to others, a mosque that he built, a house that he built for the travelers or a canal that he started or any charity that he gave out of his wealth during his life while he was enjoying good health. [The reward of all] this reaches him even after his death.- Ibn Majah, Ibn Khuzaimah, Baihiqi, Haakim
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: "إِنَّ مِمَّا يَلْحَقُ الْمُؤْمِنَ مِنْ عَمَلِهِ وَحَسَنَاتِهِ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهِ عِلْمًا عَلَّمَهُ وَنَشَرَهُ وَوَلَدًا صَالِحًا تَرَكَهُ وَمُصْحَفًا وَرَّثَهُ أَوْ مَسْجِدًا بَنَاهُ أَوْ بَيْتًا لِابْنِ السَّبِيلِ بَنَاهُ أَوْ نَهْرًا أَجْرَاهُ أَوْ صَدَقَةً أَخْرَجَهَا مِنْ مَالِهِ فِي صِحَّتِهِ وَحَيَاتِهِ يَلْحَقُهُ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَوْتِهِ". أخرجه ابن ماجه (1/88 ، رقم 242)
`Abdullah Ibn `Amr reported that the Prophet (Peace be upon him) said: "Worship the Compassionate, offer food, spread As-Salam greeting and you will enter Paradise safely"
ReplyDeleteProphet Mohammad (s.a.w.w) said: If a Muslim plants a tree, that part of its produce consumed by men will be as almsgiving for him. Any fruit stolen from the tree will also be as almsgiving for him. That which the birds eat will also be as almsgiving for him. Any of its produce which people may eat thus diminishing it, will be as almsgiving for the Muslims who planted it. [Bukhari]

her parents are also worried about her marriage as she is very naive and has no idea about a married life. remember in prayers, your sister in islam

Now you have to decide if you want to practice Sadaqah Jariyah or just keep all your earnings to yourselves. If you think that by keeping all the money to yourself you will be rich or you will get all the money to yourself, then you are wrong.
ReplyDeleteAll Muslims might have read that a human being would cease to survive when he dies but his good deeds (charity) or sadaqah jariyah will continue to survive. There are so many people who have more money than they need to support their families. Such people should also think for those Muslim girls and boys who never get admission in any school only because they do not have any money.
