Loneliness

When Ibn `Aun was bidding farewell to another man, he said:

“Upon you is to fear Allah, for the one who has taqwaa never feels loneliness”.

Loneliness

Loneliness is an unpleasant feeling in which a person experiences a strong sense of emptiness and solitude resulting from inadequate levels of social relationships. However, it is a subjective experience. Loneliness has also been described as social pain - a psychological mechanism meant to alert an individual of isolation and motivate her/him to seek social connections.

  1. So if everyone deserts us in this world, Allah swt is still with us. In a way we should feel our connection with him more if there is no distraction of others.
Problem is that ustadzah's although I know that this is how I should feel but am not there yet. Have been trying but not reaching that point. How can I get there?

  3. Nawas ibn Sam'an reported

that the Prophet of Allah was asked about doing good and evil. He replied, "Doing good is having good manners. Doing evil is what troubles you inside and what you would not like others to know about."

Don't take it from Dr. Farhat or Ibn Aun. Take it from Allah(Subhan o Tallah)
